hold an Approved Installer Certificate from a manufacturer? (If so, check their approved installer number with manufacturer) |

Do they offer a double indemnity guaratee, i.e., manufacturer’s guarantee as well as an installation guarantee? (You don’t want to be played off between 2 companies if you are not satisfied) |

Do they have testimonials from satisfied clients? |

Are they registered under SEPA and COSHH for waste management? |

Do they have Public Liability Insurance? |

Do they have a website? |

Are they registered with the Office of Fair Trading? |

How long have they been established? (ask for proof) |

How long have they been specialising only in roofline? |

Ask to visit their premises |

Does the product comply with BS 4619 – PVCue and BS 1506 - Colour fastness? |
