We remove all existing fascia and soffit gutters and rainwater downpipes.

Roof tiles are moved back as required to remove old felt and inspection of timber tresses replaced with tanalised timber of required.

New eaves protection system installed under tiles to BBA specification

Replacement Fascia Board 22mm, thermally insulated Grade 1 virgin uPVC with 40% injected acrylic to BBA standard

Replacement tongue in groove 10mm multi-chambered air channelled soffit fixed with 65mm galvanised steel ring shank poly prop head pins

Installation of circular vents to ensure timber can breathe and avoidance of condensation to NHBC rules and regulations

Replacement of box ends

Removal of existing cemented apex and replacement dry verge tiles or continuous dry verge as installation requires

Complete removal of all debris and materials

Removal of any asbestos materials as licensed by Health and Safety executive and LCAPS.
